Jessica has always had a passion for design. While obtaining degrees in Art History and Interior Design at the University of Oklahoma, she earned a scholarship and several design awards. She continued her education in New York City, receiving a Masters in Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design. Upon returning to Texas, Jessica gained experience working with nationally recognized design firms before launching Jessica McIntyre Interiors.
Her experience includes managing and working on residential projects, restaurants and hotels both domestically and internationally. Since it's launch in 2008, JMI has steadily grown with projects for both residential and commercial clients. When Jessica is not designing, she loves to spend time with her husband, Brad, and three sons, Dodson, Davis and Brooks.
Lexi Jacobsen is JMI's Junior Designer extraordinaire. She wears many hats and not only aids others on design projects, but also manages the Interior Design of select clients. A graduate of Baylor University (sic'em bears!), Lexi is originally from Orange County, California. Her experience includes education in design and working for an Interior Designer and showroom in Waco, TX. Though Lexi is a transplant from the Golden State... she's a Texan at heart, even donating her time to work the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo each winter.
Candace Colman Salazar is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is a super star Senior Designer at JMI. Candace has a talent for serene spaces designed with modern materials and patterns, and comes to us with great experience at reputable design firms. She is a project manager for many JMI clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and has recently taken on the role as new mom! When Candace isn't getting her creative fix at work, she spends time with her husband and newborn son, Matthew.
